Is ESTHORIABOX the right subscription for me?

We curate beauty packages that provides luxury, high performing  natural/organic beauty products.  If you are interested in discovering products that are all natural/organic then ESTHORIABOX is the box for you!

Are ESTHORIABOX products natural/organic/hypoallergenic?

Most of the products we feature are natural, organic and hypoallergenic. Although we cannot guarantee all of our products featured in ESTHORIABOX will be 100% natural, organic and hypoallergenic. If you do have an allergy or cannot use a specific ingredient in a product, please contact us to notify us.

What products will be featured in ESTHORIABOX?

We only provide high quality all natural/organic beauty products. Most of the contents will be from a featured brand of the month. Products of the month could alternate from cosmetics, skincare, body and hair. For every beauty package, expect to receive 2 or 3 full size items.

I’ve placed my order, when do I get to choose my color/product?

After you’ve placed your order, within 12 hours you will be notified by e-mail for you to choose the product color/shade from the featured brand. Failure to submit your choices by the due date, we will choose the color/shade for you.

Do you ship outside of the US or Canada?

We ship to the U.S,  Canada and International. Shipping rates are: $5.99 USD to U.S, $7.99 CAD to Canada and $21.95 USD International. Please note that any additional postal or customs fees incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot guarantee shipping times for international shipments.  While we do provide tracking numbers on all shipments, not every country we ship to tracks shipments all the way to the destination. While the majority of our shipments arrive without issue, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

When will my box ship?

Your ESTHORIABOX will ship out between the 15th-20th of the month.

How long will it take for my box to arrive?

For Canada and USA shipping, it will take 3-8 business days and International shipping will take 14 days to arrive. Please note: it is very rare for the box to be lost. There are times when a box will be caught up at a sorting facility for 2-3 days. If your tracking doesn’t show movement after 2-3 days, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Are there any hidden fees?

All you have to pay is your subscription fee + a shipping cost.

Do you accept all cards?

We currently accept Visa and Mastercard.

When will I be charged?

Your ESTHORIABOX is charged when you sign up and future boxes are charged on the 1st of the month.

How do I change my billing or shipping information?

To change or update your billing or shipping information, please send us a message to inform us of any changes.

NOTE: Please update all billing and shipping information by the 1st of the month to prevent any delay in the shipment of your ESTHORIABOX.

How do I cancel my ESTHORIABOX subscription?

You can cancel or request to put your bi-monthly subscription on hold by sending us a message. Please note: for bi-monthly subscription cancellations/hold after the 3rd of the month from the time the new box is released will take effect the next new month.  All pre-paid subscriptions are non-refundable. Promotional codes used to subscribe are non-refundable.
